Gay Accepting Drug Rehabilitation Programs

If you or someone you love is suffering from drug addiction, call our toll-free helpline at 1-800-231-1820 and discover one of the best drug rehabilitation programs in the country. At Freedom Rings, our professionals are available to help you find the best course of treatment for your individual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call NOW.

Individuals entering drug rehabilitation programs suffer from drug and alcohol addiction, which are three-fold diseases of the body, mind and spirit. Even though each person has the same disease, they are unique as people and need to be treated as individuals in whatever rehabilitation program they choose. Individual treatment is especially important when we speak of certain medical conditions that may be present upon admission to our drug rehabilitation program. While many programs are limited in regards to medical coverage, Lakeview's Freedom Rings places great emphasis on this component of treatment.

Our physicians and psychiatrists are board-certified in their particular specialty and expertly trained in addiction medicine. You will find the physicians in our drug rehabilitation program capable of treating most of the medical problems patients may also be suffering from. We treat patients that are HIV- and Hepatitis C-positive, as well as the individual suffering from the multitude of medical problems caused by drug addiction and alcoholism.

From a psychiatric perspective, you can't find a better drug rehabilitation program than Freedom Rings. Not only do we have a wonderful psychiatrist, whose expertise lies in the accurate diagnosis and administration of psychiatric medications, but our clinical staff remains unmatched in their ability to deal effectively with mental health problems such as depression, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder or anxiety disorder. We offer a comfortable experience for everyone, straight or gay. Drug rehabilitation programs should be a safe haven for all sexual orientations and at Freedom Rings, that's a firm belief.

Lastly, the glue that brings our medical services together is our nursing staff. Different from most drug rehabilitation programs, we provide our patients with 24-hour, on-site nursing. Our nurses dispense your medications and are available should you experience any unusual medical, psychiatric or detox issues. In addition, the nursing staff in our drug rehabilitation program attends all staffing meetings in order to participate in the development of your individualized drug rehabilitation plan.

Call our gay-friendly drug rehabilitation programs now at 1-800-231-1820. Staff is available 24/7 to assist you.

Drug Rehabilitation Programs Treating Dual Diagnosis

Earlier, we spoke of treatment for psychiatric disorders but we did not go into detail about how the services are provided in our drug rehabilitation program. While most programs tend to separate the treatment of psychiatric disorders and addiction, we believe this type of dual diagnosis disorder needs to be treated concurrently. If one of these disorders is left untreated, relapse is sure to occur. At Lakeview's Freedom Rings, we have designed a technique which allows us to integrate the treatment of mental health issues with that of addiction. This type of dual diagnosis treatment has allowed Freedom Rings to treat many people, both heterosexual and gay. Drug rehabilitation programs offered in other settings are often incapable of treating these special cases.

Drug Rehabilitation Programs and Health Insurance

Due to the difficulties drug rehabilitation facilities have experienced trying to get reimbursed from insurance carriers, many programs have stopped accepting individual's healthcare benefits. Instead, they ask you to pay for your rehab services up front and they will supply you with paperwork to submit to the insurance carrier for reimbursement. What they don't tell you is if the drug rehabilitation program has not instituted certain procedures during your stay, you will never receive reimbursement for services provided.

Lakeview's Freedom Rings will do everything possible to use your health benefits to pay for your treatment. We have developed excellent relationships with insurance carriers who trust in the type of drug rehabilitation we offer. If for some reason your insurance carrier does not cover your stay in our program, you will be made aware of that prior to admission and we'll discuss the opportunity for you to pay privately for treatment. Don't settle for a drug rehabilitation program that will automatically reject your healthcare benefits; that is why you pay your premiums. For effective drug rehabilitation, call 1-800-231-1820 NOW!

Drug Rehabilitation Programs and Family Recovery

Drug addiction and alcoholism have devastating effects on the entire family. One of the benefits or our drug rehabilitation program is that we firmly believe in treating the entire family. In the early days of drug rehabilitation, family treatment consisted of one therapy session per week, which lasted one hour, to try and resolve issues that could have developed over a period of years. At Lakeview's Freedom Rings, we provide each patient and family member with a three-day family recovery program. This recovery program will address the dynamics within the family system and provide everyone with an education about addiction and co-dependency, all while working towards resolving the pain from the past.

In most cases, the family is an integral part of the patient's support system, especially if they are returning home. The more support the family can offer, the better the likelihood of a patient maintaining recovery. There is always the case where the patient is better off limiting contact with family until certain issues are resolved. If you have any questions regarding what to say or do with regards to the recovering person, please call our family therapist or the patient's primary therapist for direction.

Help is available now! Don't wait any longer to call us at 1-800-231-1820. We're here 24/7 to take your call. Do it today!
