This individual is there to help with your luggage and escort you directly to the alcohol treatment center. If by chance you have forgotten something, arrangements will be made to take care of it after you have gotten settled in.

Rehabilitation Travel by Car

While there is ample parking at the Freedom Rings gay rehabilitation center, we encourage you to have someone drive you. Freedom Rings does not take responsibility for your automobile while it is here and the staff will ask you to turn over your keys until discharge, so they are not lost or stolen. Lastly, the staff wants you to understand that if you elect to leave your car parked at Freedom Rings, they will need to search your car for any contraband. This would only be done with your permission and with you present. It is for your protection, as well as, everyone else.

Discharge from Alcohol Rehabilitation and Travel Home

Discharge planning is a process that is ongoing from the time you are admitted into alcohol rehab. The closer are to discharge, the more concrete return travel arrangements need to become. When an actual date and location is set, your case manager will work with you to formulate travel arrangements. Every patient is assigned a case manager who will coordinate every aspect of your discharge from the alcohol treatment program. Whether you drove to rehab, flew or took a bus, your case manager will coordinate an effortless discharge for you.

If you have any further questions regarding rehabilitation or travel to Lakeview's gay-friendly drug rehab, please call 1-800-231-1820 and a staff member will be happy to assist you. Welcome to Freedom Rings!
