Alcohol Rehab and Drug Addiction Treatment Program

The therapists at our drug addiction treatment program adhere to the philosophy that alcohol is a drug and drug addiction is a treatable disease. That being said, there is no difference between our alcohol rehab program and drug addiction treatment program. The same holds true when referring to prescription drug addiction treatment, alcohol addiction treatment or crystal meth addiction treatment. We recognized long ago, that we do not treat the drug or the symptoms, but the “whole person”, mind, body and spirit. The same holds true when providing drug and alcohol rehab for a person that is gay. We treat the person, not their sexual preference. We do however recognize the need for a person to have a “safe setting” in which to discuss issues without being judged and to that end we have designed “gay only” clinical services within our drug rehab program.
